Thank you to those who have reviewed and commented on the draft ISBT 128 Standard Chain of Identity (CoI) Identifier – ST-028. The comments received thus far will help us improve the clarity of the draft standard for the CoI Identifier data structure and data element and have reinforced the need to develop an implementation guide to be published after the standard.
