WEBSITE MEMBER ACCOUNTS 

PURPOSE OF A WEBSITE MEMBER ACCOUNT

Our navigation contains a number of page links with an asterisk (*) next to them. The asterisk denotes that the page is password-protected. To receive access to certain password-protected areas of the website, users must sign up for a website member account. Follow the simple guide below on how to sign up for a member account on our website.

FACILITY OR VENDOR REGISTRATION WITH ICCBBA

A Facility or Vendor must be registered with ICCBBA before signing up for a website member account. Once a Facility or Vendor becomes an ICCBBA licensee, a Facility Identification Number (FIN)* or Vendor Code* will be assigned. A FIN or Vendor ID is required to sign up for a website member account. 

*Note: Annual licensing fees must be kept up-to-date to avoid any interruptions with website access.

CREATING YOUR WEBSITE MEMBER ACCOUNT

  1. Click on the red "Member Login" button at the top of the page.




     

  2. Next, click on "SIGN UP".












     

  3. Complete the fields and click on the "Sign up" button.















    Note: If a Facility or Vendor has multiple users that are interested in creating website member accounts, they must each use unique emails. Users of the same facility may choose to share accounts if desired. Once an email is attached to an account it cannot be changed by users. To change emails, please contact support@isbt128.org

    ** If you request access as a member of a regulatory or standard-setting organization or for some other reason, please enter XX in the “Facility Identification Number or Vendor ID” field. If you are requesting access as a member of a Technical Advisory Group (TAG), enter the TAG name in the "Facility Identification Number or Vendor ID" field (If you are a member of multiple TAGs, enter only one group).                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

  4. Once the information is submitted, users will receive a confirmation email of their form submission. There is a 24-48 hour period for website member account approvals. Users that do not provide their FIN/Vendor ID or do not respond to inquiries from ICCBBA staff will not have their website member accounts approved. Overdue Facility or Vendor license fees may also prevent users from website member account approval until paid.
     

  5. Once the account has been approved by ICCBBA, users will receive an email notification confirming the approval.                                                                                                                                                                                     

  6. To change the password of an existing account: click on “Member Login”, select "Forgot Password", and follow the subsequent instructions to create a new password.
